Update on my goal to add 10 lbs of LBM and track my stats
It’s been a few weeks. I weighed myself yesterday and I was at 170 lbs and 19% bf. My weight is dropping pretty fast, I just hope that my bf does as well. I am eating pretty light but still getting plenty of protein. I am also doing some pretty intense cardio.

Hey Clem,
Seems like you are doing all the right things that you need to be doing in order to establish your goals. All sounds spot on to me.

Really man your doing great. Watching you keeps me going! I will get that scale soon but I might not list the BF right away. I’ll tell you but I think I’m gonna be embarassed. LOL!!
