"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Update on my goal to add 10lbs of LBM and track stat changes

I’ve been hovering for a couple of weeks at 169 lbs, but this week, I finally made it up to 170 and remaiing at 19% bf!  Gaining weight has been much harder than I anticipated. Cutting out all cardio seemed to hjelp me pick up a pound this week. I am happy about this, especially because my bf% did not increase. I am hoping to gain another pound next week. I am holding off on taking measurements until I hit 175.

    Way to go! Keep up the good work and continue to be an inspiration to the rest of us out here (at least those of us over forty). You looked pretty big when you were under 170 - you’ll look, and be I guess, huge at 175 (or more). Take care.
