Update on my goal to add 10lbs of LBM and track stat changes
I’ve been hovering for a couple of weeks at 169 lbs, but this week, I finally made it up to 170 and remaiing at 19% bf! Gaining weight has been much harder than I anticipated. Cutting out all cardio seemed to hjelp me pick up a pound this week. I am happy about this, especially because my bf% did not increase. I am hoping to gain another pound next week. I am holding off on taking measurements until I hit 175.
