"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Update on my goal to gain 10 lbs of lbm and track my stats

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

Picked up 2 lbs this week. I am now up to 173. I just need to pack on two more pounds, and  then I will take measurements and reprt new stats. I also increased my bf% to 20. This is not good. I will need to think about how to bring it back down.

Had a great week. I gained another poune and am up to 171. I only need four more pounds to reach my bulk goal of 175. Also, my bf% is at my goal of 18%, which is my bulk target

Update on my goal to add 10lbs of LBM and track stat changes

I’ve been hovering for a couple of weeks at 169 lbs, but this week, I finally made it up to 170 and remaiing at 19% bf!  Gaining weight has been much harder than I anticipated. Cutting out all cardio seemed to hjelp me pick up a pound this week. I am happy about this, especially because my bf% did not increase. I am hoping to gain another pound next week. I am holding off on taking measurements until I hit 175.
