Update on my goal to add 10lbs of LBM and track stat changes
This week, I lifted heavy and ate allot! I also took Jeff’s advice and cut back on the carbs and did a little bit of cardio to keep my bf % down. All in all, I kept my bf% at 19% which is good, but I actually dropped a pound and am now at 169.
I’ve never had trouble gaining weight before! I’ve been eating my normal food and adding 1,000 calories a day in whey protein. I would really appreciate any suggestions of food that will help me add mass without gaining bf.
