"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Update on my goal to add 10lbs of LBM and track stat changes

This week, I lifted heavy and ate allot! I also took Jeff’s advice and cut back on the carbs and did a little bit of cardio to keep my bf % down. All in all, I kept my bf% at 19% which is good, but I actually dropped a pound and am now at 169.

I’ve never had trouble gaining weight before! I’ve been eating my normal food and adding 1,000 calories a day in whey protein. I would really appreciate any suggestions of food that will help me add mass without gaining bf.

I’ve been lifting pretty heavy and eating tons. This week my weaight went up two pounds and I am now at 170. MY bf % is at 19%. Once I get to 175 lbs I will update my stats.

I think that it is fair to say that I started this goal "informally" over the holidays. Since I knew that I was going to eat allot anyway, I decided to start to lift heavy and put myself in a bulking period. That being saidd, my starting weight and bf% of 157 @ 15% were in mid-December. Today, I weigh 168 and I am at 18%. I am looking to gain 7 more pounds. I will update my stats in a later post.
