I lost 3 pounds this week! I am now down to 162.
For the record, I never really set out to lose weight, I was under the mistaken notion that I could literally convert my fat into muscle. So, I thought at the end of it all, I would weigh about (185 lbs)the same with more mass and more cut up.
I have since learned a great deal. My BF % remains at 18. which is disappointing because I am still 3% points away from my ultimate goal of 15%. On the positive side however it feels great to have lost the weight and I’ve been able to maintian almost all of my mass and starting to really cut up.
I am eating an almost all protein diet this week, hopefully it wll help me to drop some BF
