I am surprised at how dedicated I have been to this goal, but despite this, I just took two weeks off of my diet and exercise program.
I work out in the evenengs, and for the last couple of weeks there have been many events going on in my personal life. For the record, I have eight kids and the end of the school year brings about many events like sports banquets, concerts, art shows, recitals and two graduations. As those of you who are parents know, the kids have to come first. I missed working out bu tthis is a sacrifice that I was happy to make.
I definitely did some damage. I gained three pounds so I am now up to 168, and i increased my BF by 2%, so i am now up to 20%. These stats are a bummer, but the fact that I didn’t work at all and that I ate and partied like there was not tomorrow make me think that things could have been much worse
At any rate, things at my home have quieted down significantly, and i am more committed to reaching my goal than ever. I will be posting again next week.
