"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Week 21 of my goal to reduce my BF % by 10 points

Worked hard this week to make up some lost ground.

Lost to pounds and am now down to 166, and lost 1% of my BF and am currently at 19%.

I’m going to keep plugging until I get ti 15%.

Week 20 of my goal to reduce my BF % by 10 points

All,

I am surprised at how dedicated I have been to this goal, but despite this, I just took two weeks off of my diet and exercise program.

I work out in the evenengs, and for the last couple of weeks there have been many events going on in my personal life. For the record, I have eight kids and the end of the school year brings about many events like sports banquets, concerts, art shows, recitals and two graduations. As those of you who are parents know, the kids have to come first. I missed working out bu tthis is a sacrifice that I was happy to make.

I definitely did some damage. I gained three pounds so I am now up to 168, and i increased my BF by 2%, so i am now up to 20%. These stats are a bummer, but the fact that I didn’t work at all and that I ate and partied like there was not tomorrow make me think that things could have been much worse 

At any rate, things at my home have quieted down significantly, and i am more committed to reaching my goal than ever. I will be posting again next week. 

  

 

Week 18 of my goal to reduce my BF % by 10 points

Have missed writing the past couple of weeks.

Unfortunately, my BF% is back up to 18%.

Some good news is that my weight is down to 165. This process is taking much longer than I hoped, but I’ going to keep plugging.

I’m still happy with the progress that I have made, and I feel and look much better.
