"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."
This week I held steady! I stayed at the same weight and BF%. I missed some of my cardio workouts, and I think that this was the reason I did not drop in BF%.
I will not miss any during this next week!! I am also doing a great deal of heavy work in my yard. My hope is that this will get my BF% to 17 by the end of the week.
