"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Week 12 of my goal to loose 10% of BF

Tuesday, April 24th, 2007

This week my BF reduced by 1% to 19%, and my weight dropped by 1 pound to 168. I only need to loose 4% more to reach my goal.

It is taking me longer than I would have liked, but writing these updates helps me to stay motivated.

week 11 of my goal to lose 10% of my BF

I fell off the wagon this week!!

Between Easter and a business trip, I ended up eating badly and missing some workouts.

Luckily, the scale showed some mercy and my BF remained the same at 20%, and I only gained one pound and went up to 169.

I am going to eat well and work hard this week so that I can continue moving toward my goal.

Week 10 of my goal to loose 10% OF MY BF BY SPRING

Wednesday, April 11th, 2007

I did some experimenting this week and stopped taking protein shakes to reduce my caloric intake.

This helped me loose weight. I lost four pounds and now weigh 168 lbs. However my bf actually went from 19% to 20%.

I guess I will need to start taking more protein again if I want to ultimately reach my goal.

Week 9 of my goal to lose 10% of BF by Spring

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007

This week my BF % is at 19, which is a 6% cumulative drop. I have also lost 12 pounds. My starting weight was 185 and I am currently at 173.

I wa hoping that I could reach my goal in 12 weeks, but it looks like it will probably take longer. My plan is to keep at it until my goal is accomplished.
