Weekly update on my goal to reduce BF% by Spring Help needed??
Tuesday, February 27th, 2007I have just completed my fourth week in my program and for the second week in a row my BF% has remained at 23%.
I’ve been consuming about 75% prottein, and very little fats and carbs. I have also been lifting heavy four timesper week and doing about 6-7 hours of cardio.
Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
