"Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12. During Jan & Feb I worked my leags hard, this coupled with keeping carbs low helped me drop BF from 18 to 15%. During Mar and Apr I will be hitting my chest and back hard."

Weekly update on my goal to reduce BF% by Spring Help needed??

I have just completed my fourth week in my program and for the second week in a row my BF% has remained at 23%.

I’ve been consuming about 75% prottein, and very little fats and carbs. I have also been lifting heavy four timesper week and doing about 6-7 hours of cardio.

Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After my third week, my Body Fat percentage has remained the same as it was last week, which was 23%.

After losing 1% point each week, the last two weekw, this is kind of a bummer.

On the positive side, I did drop my weight from 185 to 183, and I am feeling definite muscle growth in my legs, arms and shoulders.

This week, I am going to increase the number of cardio workouts in the hopes that it will reduce my body fat.

I’ll report again next week.

Update on my goal to reduce bodyfat % by Spring

Today marks the second full week of my effort.

My weight remains at 185 but my bodyfat has reduced to 23%. This is a reduction of 1% per week. My hope is that this trend will continue.
