Post reminders of your subgoals everywhere - car, office desk, bathroom, bedroom, fridge.  Write down your training &amp;amp;#38;amp; nutrition schedule - post it everywhere too.  Place nothing before your health - even the job!  What does your current plan look like?  I'm sure you can do it.</description>
