Yep, it has caught up with me :-(
…ok so last time I typed I fell off the wagon, but I was still losing weight, well I have become the wagon. Yes people all of the weight I lost, I gained it all back and then more. So its official I am not 274lbs. Yes, fast food, stressfully hated job with an evil boss, stress of school, and no recreational activity (if you know what I mean, looonnnggg ttiimmee) equals weight gain. BIG TIME!!! But, I won’t give up, I won’t quit. Working on an attack plan to make this new healthy life style Permanente. So send me some encouragement, sure could use it.

Hang in there - program your mind for success first. Visualize your goal body, write down your goal measurements and break it down into 6 week subgoals. Post reminders of your subgoals everywhere - car, office desk, bathroom, bedroom, fridge. Write down your training & nutrition schedule - post it everywhere too. Place nothing before your health - even the job! What does your current plan look like? I’m sure you can do it.

ddouble was right on…it’s mostly in your head. so get that straightened out and the rest will fall into place (that along with a lot of sweating, grunting, and eating clean…will do it). Good luck! You can do this!

Don’t you dare give up, gurl. You fall off the wagon, just get yourself up and get back on.
Just keep coming back, and eventually you’ll feel bad when you don’t work out. Trust me, you’ll get there. You hit me up for whatever encouragement I can give. Got faith in you girlfriend:-)
