Slowly but surely…
Friday, August 15th, 2008Lets see….been busy, looking for a new job, starting college to finish up my degree, and back to doing water aerobics. I really enjoy water aerobics. I would recommend this exercise for anyone that is looking for low impact aerobics or wanting to strengthen their quads. But, other than that I’m keeping it moving.
Mantra for the week: Exercise is apart of my life and I am growing in excellent health everyday.
