			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks to water retention I&#8217;ve given up the thought of checking my progress right now. I&#8217;ve got a long flight ahead of me so I plan on using that time to plan out my carb cycling. I&#8217;m going to use my former coaches advice (I kept everything she gave me) and rework it a bit. The cycles she gave me is for closer to the actual comp. Not for where I am now and where I want to be by the end of the year.</p>
<p>Comp is not till may of next year. I don&#8217;t want to go to low now. I&#8217;ve been watching tons of Layne Norton&#8217;s web-a-sodes on here. He&#8217;s a genius. I wish that I could meet him. Both Muscle and fit hers and Oxygen had carb articles. My weight loss goal is to get with-in 10-15 lbs of my comp weight by Jan 1. Thus giving me an adequate amount of time to prepare for comp.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I&#8217;m adding plyos to my work-outs. I&#8217;ve got to ramp up everything. I&#8217;ve only got 10 weeks to get below 135. I don&#8217;t want to start my pre-contest training at a weight that will stress me out. <p>I&#8217;m starting to feel the difference in the amount of weight I can lift. Everything has gone up significantly; arms 5, legs 30, back 20 and triceps 10 (this has happened over the last 2 weeks). I&#8217;ve been using; creatine, HMB, Niox w/ folic acid, BCAA, Gluteamine, and Aminos. Protein shakes after every work-out. Obviously this combo is working. So I&#8217;m gonna stay with it for awhile. Till next time&#8230;.

<p>My biggest issue is what if I&#8217;ve not made any progress? My clothes are definately looser, and when I feel my waist and back I&#8217;m feeling more muscle and less fat. I&#8217;m a trainer and know that I shouldn&#8217;t use the scale as the end all, be all to gauge progress. Especially since I&#8217;m lifting heavy and have a goal of adding some muscle. But&#8230;</p>
