Work it!!!
Well I’m adding plyos to my work-outs. I’ve got to ramp up everything. I’ve only got 10 weeks to get below 135. I don’t want to start my pre-contest training at a weight that will stress me out. I’m giving myself 16 weeks to lose an additional 15-18 pounds (contest date is mid-may, the exact date eludes me right now).
I’m starting to feel the difference in the amount of weight I can lift. Everything has gone up significantly; arms 5, legs 30, back 20 and triceps 10 (this has happened over the last 2 weeks). I’ve been using; creatine, HMB, Niox w/ folic acid, BCAA, Gluteamine, and Aminos. Protein shakes after every work-out. Obviously this combo is working. So I’m gonna stay with it for awhile.
