MUSICIANS; John the food guy said he would comp some food for up to 50 artists. Musicians will have the room at the top of the stairs for hanging out, eating, drinking and keeping their equipment. Need more food for musicians. Volunteers?

I have seen it over and over on this site. Stay focused and you can do it better than you ever thought. I am doing a 12 week transformation from BB.com and there have been several I could not do, like chins for example. I struggled and struggled with them, and finally got 1 each of 3 sets.

Lying leg raises - the first time my legs looked like they were having seizures, I was rather embarrassed. The first night I did 1 set of 6, now I just completed 2 sets of 15 with a 5lb weight, followed by a nonweighted set of 15.

Sorry for the long response, but you are so much stronger than the naysayers and the skinny asses who think they own the gym.

Keep on trucking and remember there are plenty of people here to support you!!!

Hang in there Chyanna. Don't let ignorant people get you down. They don't want you to succeed because it makes them feel better about their pathetic efforts. I know where you are coming from, there are alot of exercises i cant do, but I get up every day and I do the best that I can possibly do. I feel so much better now. The soreness will lessen as you progress. Good luck to you and God bless your efforts!
