I feel stuck in same plane of muscle….

I want help in getting shredded.  I eat less fat but maybe my cardio isnt as much as it needs to be.  I run 3 miles every other day….Along with regular weight training of 5x a week for 90min.

    Atkins yourself for about two weeks, then add vegetables to your diet for another two weeks. That’ll reset your metabolism, and you’ll get ripped real fast.
