Squats

Finally my quads are starting to get some shape. I can see some separation and my teardrops are starting to show. I never really worked on legs earlier in my life and I am paying the price for it now. My legs are so far behind the rest of my body. I am prioritizing them first from now on. Eventually they will catch up and my symmetry with be ready for the stage. I am really not looking forward to shaving them but I have no choice, I hope it goes well, I smell disaster. My legs and back are my weak points, so I pound the **** out of them twice a week to make them grow. One thing I did to that really helped was to prioritize my lagging bodyparts by always hitting them first in the workouts. My split looks look this: WO#1 Quads Chest Tris / WO#2 Calves Back Bis / WO#3Hamstrings Shoulders Abs. This split has been really working well for me, my squat has gone up by 100lbs in 3 months. I can now squat a whopping 315 for 4 reps. Whoo hoo!!! I can bench more than I can squat, pathetic, and not for long.

Hot Rox

Had a terrible back workout today. My strength was there but I kept feeling lightheaded after every set. I tried to slow down a little thinking I was pushing to hard. That didn't help at all. I finished every set I planned on doing but it was rough. I tried out a new fat burner today so I think that had something to do with it. I guess it just doesn't agree with me. As soon as I got home I cooked up some steak and brown rice and relaxed the rest of the day. I wish I had someone to help me cook my meals, it seems that all I do at home is cook food. Eating every three hours is harder than the gym sometimes. 90% of the way you look is what you eat, so I am just going to suck it up push on.
