New PR - DB Bench 213 lb 1 Rep Max

Broke some new ground on DB today. (Finally! I have been way too satisfied to just maintain for too long!!!)

This old, tired body pushed a pair of 80 lb Dumbbells for 10 reps on the Bench Press. I had gotten myself so psyched for this lift, that it actually seemed quite easy. (Mind over matter?) So that takes my 1 Rep max to 213. (Feel free to check my thinking and math and comment if incorrect - 80 lbs X 2 DBs X 10 reps = 213 1RM)

Anyway, I know there are a lot of tough guys here that can do twice that amount, so it may not seem like much. But for me, on this day, with this 48 year old, 150 pound body, it felt very good!
