6 weeks of progress

Finally feel as though I am getting somewhere. 6 weeks of consistent workouts and clean diet seems to be paying off. I have successfully burned of some excess fat and will now re-focus on building some muscle.

I have been seeing steady incremental improvements in almost every workout. An extra set here…moving up in weight there. It has been very rewarding.

So feeling good about things at this point, just need to keep pushing myself.
