4 Weeks Completed
I have now completed 4 weeks of my 12 week challenge to eat clean and workout 6 days per week. Good things are happening and I am pumped! I feel great and am breaking new ground during each workout.
Completed an intense 2 hour workout today and feel awesome. Arms and shoulders. Did more pull ups today than I have ever done before — by far. Bpdyfat coming off midsection, but mostly focused on strength improvements.
