Arms and Abs - 2 hour workout

Completed a 2 hour workout this afternoon. Increased tempo aiming for 1 to 1-1/2 min between sets. Worked abs like crazy with arm work mixed in. Trying to gradually burn off some bodyfat, but still focused on strength gains and adding a moderate amount of muscle. Feeling good at the 3 week mark.
