Completed 3 weeks of new challenge
Week 4 - Day 2 of 12 week goal
I have completed 3 weeks of my 12 week goal. Have been consistent with clean diet and consistent workouts. Seeing some positive changes in my body, I feel great, and feeling the rewards of sticking to my plan. Very rewarding.
Now I just need to stick to it. I am confident that if I can stick to my current regimen, I will see good things 9 weeks from now.
