Week 3 - Day 4 of 12 week goal

Worked arms and shoulders today. Working through some wrist pain but still managed a decent workout. Have been able to maintain clean eating so far this week.

Have been making steady improvements in workout intensity. Will have to be careful not to strain my wrist further though. Making progress on chin ups but this may be part of the problem. Considering purchasing wrist straps.

Lower body and abs tomorrow.

All in all, a good week thus far.
