Week 3 - Day 3 of 12 week goal
Just thought I would start entering some thoughts here on my daily progress so as to maintain momentum in my 12 week goal. I am striving to achieve 12 weeks of consistent clean diet and 6 days per week workouts.
Doing lower body and abs today. I really don’t like lower body all that much but have been consistent with it lately. Mainly squats and lunges. Ab work is feeling good. Upper body just comes much more naturally to me.
