Hey, don’t know if you guys have been reading my posts. However i thought i’d write to let people who care know that im back on the scene, and i am excited to start my new routine in my new gym this weekend. My last post was about exams and that was a while ago, and i would just like to say that i passed :) and am now on my nutrition course full time. My body has changed alot over the summer and i am supprised to say that its gotten leaner and more defined :-S the human body can be a funny thing. i look more ripped than i have ever done (it must be good cus i lifted up my top the other day to put my earphones under my shirt and my girl friend said oh my god ur so fit, And she never pays me compliments… needless to say i was a happy man).

    I did do a few push ups and sit ups once a week throughout the summer but seriously neglected any physical exertion but however it seemed to pay off! I will post some new pictures soon for you guys to judge. I would also like to say that i have grown more into a man over these last few months and i am feeling mentaly strong, and im becoming more cultured and realising that to help yourself you have to help others regardles of the circumstance. I also have a new training partner, in which i will plan both of our training and diet routines…..any body that would like a fresh start to their gym and diet routine then let me know and i will make sure your recieve a copy of what we will be doing, i will gaurantee now that my body will look so much different to the body in my previous pictures.

Exam time!!

My university exams are in a couple of days, so in preperation i have let nothing stress me out, so i stopped any diet i am on for bodybuilding and going to the gym. i am basically eating three meals a day agian, sometimes less.

   im getting revision done though so that is the main thing, Iv lost well earned muscle and gained a kinda ’soft’ physique but during the summer im back in the gym,  and im going to put into practise what i stated in my last entry!

GRRRRRR!!

Yeah so the diet is still wrong and im starting to get really pissed off, iv started too look really bloated and fat is starting to take over which is hiding my muscle gains. I got really annoyed today when i actually seen how much fat hangs over my jeans when i sit down and how almost all of my Ab definition is gone!

   It seems as though iv hit a rough patch and its always the same! i feel like giving up, iv forced protein shakes down my throat even when i didnt feel like it, iv took my vitamins, drank water, taken creatine paid a sh*t load at the Gym and for what…….. me to get fat!!!

  It only calls for one thing! STRICT DIET and i am talking STRICT making meals smaller and NO junk food, more water, no weight gainer, 10 times harder in the gym, and cardio at the end of a workout when glycogen levels are low! This better work!!!! im getting really annoyed with myself!

So, i changed my diet and started eating every 2-3 hours, ok so the junk food still makes an appearance but at the moment that is ok! But im sure im doing something right becasue my body is changing very quickly, now i dont know if its becasue of the creatine but the gains im getting are really impressing me im just gonna keep on doing what im doing and if it is the creatine then can i suggest that cellmass from BSN is the greatest supp i have ever had!!

I have been seeing some changhes to my body recently, everybody knows that diet is the overall factor to gaining muscle but i have never stood back and looked at what my diet is actually like, well i did that today.

   I always thought i ate ok not great but enough! but today from 9am to 6pm i have only had approx 600 calories granted i havent eaten my evening meal yet and i got up very late, but wat is up with that!!!! I should be gettin around 3000 calories a day! so from now on im putting the hammer down on my diet and i will see the results i have been missing out on! Funnily enough i love eating but when it comes to eating right its just so damn hard!
