Hey, don’t know if you guys have been reading my posts. However i thought i’d write to let people who care know that im back on the scene, and i am excited to start my new routine in my new gym this weekend. My last post was about exams and that was a while ago, and i would just like to say that i passed
and am now on my nutrition course full time. My body has changed alot over the summer and i am supprised to say that its gotten leaner and more defined :-S the human body can be a funny thing. i look more ripped than i have ever done (it must be good cus i lifted up my top the other day to put my earphones under my shirt and my girl friend said oh my god ur so fit, And she never pays me compliments… needless to say i was a happy man).
I did do a few push ups and sit ups once a week throughout the summer but seriously neglected any physical exertion but however it seemed to pay off! I will post some new pictures soon for you guys to judge. I would also like to say that i have grown more into a man over these last few months and i am feeling mentaly strong, and im becoming more cultured and realising that to help yourself you have to help others regardles of the circumstance. I also have a new training partner, in which i will plan both of our training and diet routines…..any body that would like a fresh start to their gym and diet routine then let me know and i will make sure your recieve a copy of what we will be doing, i will gaurantee now that my body will look so much different to the body in my previous pictures.
