GRRRRRR!!
Yeah so the diet is still wrong and im starting to get really pissed off, iv started too look really bloated and fat is starting to take over which is hiding my muscle gains. I got really annoyed today when i actually seen how much fat hangs over my jeans when i sit down and how almost all of my Ab definition is gone!
It seems as though iv hit a rough patch and its always the same! i feel like giving up, iv forced protein shakes down my throat even when i didnt feel like it, iv took my vitamins, drank water, taken creatine paid a sh*t load at the Gym and for what…….. me to get fat!!!
It only calls for one thing! STRICT DIET and i am talking STRICT making meals smaller and NO junk food, more water, no weight gainer, 10 times harder in the gym, and cardio at the end of a workout when glycogen levels are low! This better work!!!! im getting really annoyed with myself!
