So, i changed my diet and started eating every 2-3 hours, ok so the junk food still makes an appearance but at the moment that is ok! But im sure im doing something right becasue my body is changing very quickly, now i dont know if its becasue of the creatine but the gains im getting are really impressing me im just gonna keep on doing what im doing and if it is the creatine then can i suggest that cellmass from BSN is the greatest supp i have ever had!!
