I have been seeing some changhes to my body recently, everybody knows that diet is the overall factor to gaining muscle but i have never stood back and looked at what my diet is actually like, well i did that today.
I always thought i ate ok not great but enough! but today from 9am to 6pm i have only had approx 600 calories granted i havent eaten my evening meal yet and i got up very late, but wat is up with that!!!! I should be gettin around 3000 calories a day! so from now on im putting the hammer down on my diet and i will see the results i have been missing out on! Funnily enough i love eating but when it comes to eating right its just so damn hard!
