Hi everyone just downloaded progress pictures taken April 29th………. less than 16 wks to the CBBF Nationals and IFBB North Amercians…….. had a cheat day over the weekend and increased carbs to feel out.  Approx 127.8 at approx 12-14% body fat………. now back to approx 1500 calories a day and two cardios a day…………. my goal now is to get down to 120 then I will cheat and fill out again…….. stay tuned.  Christine Lanois

National Figure Competitor………thanks for the support!

Well I am approx 127.8 pounds - aprox 12-14 percent bodyfat. Had a cheat day on the weekend and carbed up a bit on some yams. Why am I making these videos "RAW REALITY of a Figure Athlete at 46 yrs of age"…..and why am I trying to promoto myself…………. 

I am not on here to win - I’m on here to make a difference in peoples lives………I am promoting myself to let people know who I am - I want to make a difference everyones life………all demographics - from young to our beautiful elderlies…..god we can learn so much from them…………

At one time a friend sent me a message and compared me to fine wine….."You are like fine wine……..you get better with age". This should be true for all of us………we choose our path in life……..good health will open doors to all our dreams……..we must find our passions and make them come true………..we must pay ourselves first…….

Competing may not be your passion but we all have dreams "what’s your passion" have you ever thought about it……..what would you do……..find your passion and pursue it……….it will make a difference in your life and everyone around you…………….

My main goal is to make a difference NOT WIN……………if I make a difference in peoples lives then I’ve WON………..

"Forever Young"

Everyone thank you for all your support.  I had a great week - I am way ahead of the game and had a full cheat day on the weekend and lot’s of yams throughout the weekend………I will be seeing my trainer (Laura Binetti) tomorrow to make new adjustments to my diet and training.  I am off work for the next five days and will concentrate on training and downloading my videos………UTUBE is featuring me on their web……..we are shooting the video tomorrow evening…..very excited. 

Also would like to thank everyone voting for me as WBFF Fitness Ido.  I went into the competition for fun…….I am in 5th place…….it’s fun.  Still need your votes…….click on the link below and just vote…….thanks again for your votes.

Also we are planning on creating logos; pins; posters; hats etc. for my video series "RAW REALITY of a Figure Athlete at 46 yrs of age".  We will be selling these products and any money recieved through sales will be donated for those who need it the most………….SICK KIDS……………..those children need our help……….and WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE……….!!!!!
