It’s so nice to hear the Arnolds are letting Canadians compete this year………….if I would of known earlier I would of been proud to represent Canada………….but there is always next year…………..

I will be competing at the 2008 CBBF in Vancouver and the 2008 IFBB North Americans in Cleveland………………

May everyone’s DREAMS come TRUE in 2008…………………well I’ve enjoyed the holiday season and I’ve taking almost two weeks of the gym. I will only return to gym Jan 8th…….taking some time off the gym is great for the physique and the benefits will be worth.  I miss the gym…………….I wonder sometimes how people get through life without any exercise………………I could never do it……….I miss the gym already and I am now ready to carve this physique up……………

Well it’s winter wonderland here in Toronto, Canada………………will enjoy some skating and tobagganing………………have a fabulous new years day………Christine
