WELL…..I am enjoying the time off dieting……………I made a decision a few weeks ago to drop the North Americans….it was a tough decision but it was the best decision for me……..lot’s happening in my family life. …parent’s haven’t been doing well and I am now preparing for a permanent move to Florida - West Palm Beach.  I am starting to study for my U.S. Nursing license.  My son has been visiting his father in Florida this summer and I’ve decided to let him start school full time in West Palm Beach…….therefore I can study for my license stress free.  I am off to Florida for 3 weeks on Sep 4th to visit my son and hopefully make a permanent move by Jan 2008 with my new license.  Looking forward to the new challenge and hanging out at the beach……….

Also looking forward to finding a new fitness hangout in Florida……………….here is to new beginnings…………….

Thanks to everyone for all there support and good luck to all competing at the IFBB North Americans.

      It will be great meeting new people in the fitness industry on the US side………….looking forward to the off season training……………… I will compete next year at the North Americans…………maybe compete in Florida.  One day at a time……………….. Christine Lanois
