Weight training on hold due to injury
Well my left arm and shoulder are bugging me so much that I am going to have to lay off of upper body lifting for atleast a couple of weeks. Will concentrate on abs, legs and cardio. Just started taking Super Cissus Rx by USP labs. Im hoping that this product does what it says. Its still the tendon in my left antecubital space, MRI was negative, doc said it was just inflamed and I needed to rest it. If anyone has any suggestions please throw them my way. Shoulder injuries can be a real pain to come back from. I’m still working on my shoulder and its been quite a few months.
