Hey Everyone!
Anyone out there have a killer oblique workout???
My obliques aren’t developing very well, so I thought I would try a change of pace for a little bit.
Thanks!

Overweight vs. Over Weight
Ok I understand the consequences of being overweight- heart disease and stroke, diabetes, etc.
But what if you are Over Weight? I weigh 170lbs, I’m 5′7", and I have 9.5% body fat. According to several websites that I’ve looked at, I am considered over weight because a healthy range for someone of my size should be around 145-163lbs(+/- a few pounds depending on the site).
Does being over weight lead to any kind of health problems that I should be aware of? I would assume that you have a little extra wear and tear on the joints, especially the knees, but is there anything else?
This question has been floating in my mind for quite some time now, so hopefully someone out there will know! Looking forward to hearing back from everyone!

I decided to make a profile page in an effort to LEARN HOW TO IMPROVE my workouts and lifestyle from all of you out there! Everyone has a story to tell and I like to listen! So please feel free to share your stories, training methods, diets, progress, or just drop me a hello!
I’ll have updated information on my stats within the next week. I’m still getting used to navigating around so stay posted!!!! =)
A little bit about me…
-I’m a huge believer in the all natural approach to bodybuilding. The only supplement that I really use is a multivitamin, though on occasion I will supplement with a whey protein mix to meet my protein demands if I’m short for the day.
It’s probably because I love food too much to just use a supplement. I prepare everything early in the morning and store it for later, so I tend not to skip any meals.
-My biggest drawback is the winter blues. Winter is one of the hardest times for me to stay motivated and focused with workouts and (I’m afraid to say!) I usually stop lifting for a good month because I get into a huge rut.
-My favorite body part to workout is abs.
-I have a love/hate relationship with leg workouts.
-I LOVE running and doing to 5k races.
-My favorite food is spaghetti and my favorite TV show is the Big Bang Theory.
I guess thats all for now. Later all!
Chris
