The Ugly Truth
As I navigate bodyspace looking at all of the people that are trying to change their lives and appearance, it seems to be common for them to say that it hurt for them to post their before pics. I did it today and it hurt me to see myself the way that others see me. You have to be confident in yourself no matter how you look but seeing yourself on the computer through the eyes of others brings to light the work that you have to do for yourself. Its not about what others think, its about what you think but seeing my pictures today just made the light come on so to speak. I am glad that I am on here surrounded by people that have the same objective!!!! Now that we know the ugly truth, lets work to change it!!!

Once you acknowledge and accept, there is nowere to go but up. Be consistent, stay focused, and keep looking at that "before" picture to keep you driven. Good luck!!

Amen!!! Man, I felt the same way but I come to the site everyday and get inspiration from everyone. And you’re right, it feels good to know that others have the same objective. So let’s do this!!!! Bring it!!! (It’s already been broughten!!) sorry I had to say that….LOL
