Notes:
Holy crap. Not doing legs for 18 days and still having throbbing in my nose (where my surgery was) made this workout kick my @ss. My legs were sore when I walked out and I can’t imagine how sore they will be tomorrow or the rest of the week. Again, went light on the weight and took it slow.

Notes:
This was a great back to the gym workout. I took it slow and didn’t over do it. Obviously, the weights were not high and I didn’t go to failure, but I got a good pump and felt great after not working out for almost 18 days.

I have been away for quite some time. Work got crazy and then I had sinus surgery which the recovery took much longer than expected. Hopefully now, my snoring and sleep apnea will not hinder me from getting much needed sleep.
In light of all that, I am coming back with new ideas and fresh energy for transforming my body into the best thing it can be, and I am going to share it all with you! So be ready, starting Monday, May 18 is my “Returning to the Ring” workout debut! It will highlight what a long break will do to your body as well as how to get back to where you were before the break - the correct way.

~On vacation in Palm Springs so I was at a new gym.
~Since I’m vacationing I did a short low intensity workout just to get something in. It turned out to be a good workout now I’m ready to relax by the pool.
