Hey I’m Jamie! - An Introduction from a self-improvement junkie!

Hi,

I’ve been a member now for a month and now I have finally started to have time to start blogging and properly updating my Bodyspace! I hope to meet a lot more people here that can help me reach my goals and educate me!

There is a lot to take in on these boards and I know very little but have a very determined and self disciplined mind. I’m a self-improvement junkie and I hope this blog can help others stay motivated and maybe realize that if they can develop the skills and self discipline to follow strict diets and push out that last impossible rep then they can utilize what they learn in the gym for improvement in all other aspects of my life. In return they can help educate me on my body!
So a little about me and my body!

I started lifting over a year ago but back then I knew nothing (literally nothing) about working out. I worked out for a good month and saw a little bit of gains. Satisfied with the little improvement I got lazy and stopped going. After that I spent this last year traveling the world (I am on my gap year) so while living in Cambodia teaching English to Slum kids, my diet changed and I lost a lot of weight (fat and muscle) and was feeding myself shit.

Soon I moved to England and went through a Stoner phase where I over ate really badly and basically smoked myself into a small cocoon of comfort at which point I had become so reclusive I would barely leave my house. It was a good learning experience for me and showed me that the lifestyle I had basically wished for my whole school life "I wish everyday was a holiday" was really bad for you. Your mental stability crashes as well as your body’s condition and life just doesn’t go well!

Soon I moved to Australia where things didn’t get much better. I started suffering from serious Insomnia and was flat broke (not eating) so eventually my parents bailed me out and brought me to the Philippines where they live.
After recovering and eating better (not great though) I went for a hair cut, and the hair dresser said I could be a male model if I lost weight. For this last year I had been moderating and running a very amazing community that is dedicated to self-improvement of all kinds, from seducing women, to business, to cultivating mental health, physical health and even Philosophy and Life lessons - pualifestyle.com/forum. Previous to being offered a job as a male model I had ignored the body part of self improvement because my body was not that bad at all. It is a shame because I know now I have decent genetics so I gain quickly (both muscle and fat) so I could not believe the results of my transformation when I finally put my mind to it.

Since then I am totally addicted to my health. I find you might have a good night out and have a lot of fun, equally you can have a lot of fun playing computer games. But it is all temporary. To develop a true level of inner peace and happiness you need a strong lifestyle that is well rounded and healthy.
Pushing out of my comfort zone everyday,

Jamie.
