Hey chickentuna, just wanted to mention that when someone says to you, "life is too short to worry and restrict eating," tell them they are shortening their lives by eating all that junk food. heart disease is the number one killer and eating those muffins from starbucks clogs arteries and fat is bad. its just plain dangerous!

I know what you mean. At my job, I work about 12-13 hours a day, and if I don't have my own food with me it does have it's disadvantages. Everyone, literally everyone there orders out everyday &amp; raids vending machines. I'm usually looked at like I have a 3rd eye if i don't order with them. But the willpower can be difficult.

I don't know how I missed this blog -- but I love it! So true! I'm finally overcoming that voice in my head that thinks I should reward myself with junk food! What kind of reward is that??

Thanks!!

I have to agree, even though this is the main reason I don't yet have a visible cut in my abs. I'm still at the point of see, like, eat, regret. Sucks, I know but for some reason that food whips my ass every time. Its a hard battle but I'm glad I read this blog, thanks.

I agree with your blog and I too face that problem at the office. For the most part my coworkers are use to me turning them down for lunch since I prefer going home instead. However being that they are all overweight females sometimes they can get pretty mean with their snide remarks . I can't help them if they don't want to help themselves, therefore I ignore them and do what is right for myself. I refuse to let any negativity derail my goals.Thank you for that blog, I think alot of us fit people feel the same way, but just didn't know how to put it in words. Keep it up for yourself and all of us that look up to you.
