Jan 9th entry (including Jan 8th WO and cardio log)
Before work yesterday was 60 mins on the stepmill.
My day sucked yesterday and my spirits could not be lower, but I still managed to get my ass to the gym.
I have goals to achieve and NOTHING will stand in my way of doing that.
Of course the New Years newbies are still all there and the college kids have not gone back to school yet, so needless to say I thought it was going to be impossible to get Chest/tris and calves done yesterday.
This is what I managed to do……….
decline BB bench press 6 sets (12, 10, 8, 8, 6, 5)
cable tri pulldowns 4 sets (10, 10, 10, 10)
decline db flys 3 sets (8, 8,
incline db press 2 sets (8,
ezbar skulls 4 sets (8, 8, 6, 6)
Flat bench flys 2 sets (6, 5)
hacksquat calve raises 8 sets (360×30, 450×21, 540×12, 630×10, 720×8, 810×8…….then dropsets of 450×10 and 360×15)
Rotary calve machine 2 sets of the whole stack (10, 10)
Cardio: 30 mins stepmill
Last night I think I might have slept 15 mins total. I am a freakin zombie today but I still managed to down my ephadrine-hcl and a cup of coffee and hit the gym for 60 mins of treadmill, varying inclines @ 130 bpm this morning. As today goes on I can see I am fading fast. I may try and take a 30 min nap at lunch time, as I have to find the energy to go back to the gym after work and get in another 30-45 mins of cardio minimum.

And..even with the obsticles ya got two PB’s…(thumbs up)…
That nap sounds like a good idea…tell someone to wake you incase ya really zonk…
Take a couple PM’s tonight if ya have too…ya need sleep or ya know a virus is gonna sneak up on ya and ya don’t want that……
