Before work yesterday was 60 mins on the stepmill.
My day sucked yesterday and my spirits could not be lower, but I still managed to get my ass to the gym.
I have goals to achieve and NOTHING will stand in my way of doing that.

Of course the New Years newbies are still all there and the college kids have not gone back to school yet, so needless to say I thought it was going to be impossible to get Chest/tris and calves done yesterday.

This is what I managed to do……….

decline BB bench press 6 sets (12, 10, 8, 8, 6, 5)
cable tri pulldowns 4 sets (10, 10, 10, 10)
decline db flys 3 sets (8, 8, 8)
incline db press 2 sets (8, 8)
ezbar skulls 4 sets (8, 8, 6, 6)
Flat bench flys 2 sets (6, 5)
hacksquat calve raises 8 sets (360×30, 450×21, 540×12, 630×10, 720×8, 810×8…….then dropsets of 450×10 and 360×15)
Rotary calve machine 2 sets of the whole stack (10, 10)

Cardio: 30 mins stepmill

Last night I think I might have slept 15 mins total.  I am a freakin zombie today but I still managed to down my ephadrine-hcl and a cup of coffee and hit the gym for 60 mins of treadmill, varying inclines @ 130 bpm this morning. As today goes on I can see I am fading fast.  I may try and take a 30 min nap at lunch time, as I have to find the energy to go back to the gym after work and get in another 30-45 mins of cardio minimum.

All my training is logged in my thred in the over 35 workout journal section.

I am choking down my CEE, but not liking it one bit. (yes, this is a whine. LOL)

I still have not been able to do a long ride (over 10 miles) since getting my clipless pedals. I am hoping to ride tomorrow afternoon.  Just a quick 20 miles would be nice. :)

Training is going well, although my leg WO was so-so today. My ab WO made up for the lack of intensity in my leg workout in my opinion. Tomorrow is cheat meal night…….and I am planning dinner at a very good steakhouse nearby.  Believe it or not, all I’ll be eating is two appetizers, and some salad.  Of course the appetizers I’ll be having is Shrimp Dijon and filet Kabobs.  This will all be washed down with 2-3 glasses of some fabulous dry red wine……….I am thinking a nice ZIN or Shiraz.  Maybe just a small dinner salad and the fresh made bread (with butter of course) for the rest of my meal.  The fat intake and cals will be so high, that that really is enough of a cheat.  I am going to miss these cheats once I start under my cut come November.  I will however, be allowing a cheats for thanksgiving and Xmas, but I will do my best to keep them tempered. (Unless Chris tells me to let the dam burst or something like…….."Pete you could use the anabolic boost." LOL

Life is pretty good right now, other then I need a hair cut, the hair on my back removed……..LOL and I am too fat. Two of the 3 will be remedied this next week, and the other will not be a problem come March. LOL

Boy was yesterday a funny day.

I had a great WO doing chest/tris and calves.  Work was ok…..it pays the bills. LOL

During work, some lowlife ******* broke into my Accord and stole my Radio. If I ever catch the bastard or even see some idot by either of my cars……..someone is going to die.

The good thing that happened yesterday is my Frog Pedals came.  2 days from ordering. :D I put them on the road bike and took the bike for a test spin around the hood. They were awsome and I can tell I am going to like them.  I wonder if my first long ride is going to effect how my legs feel (good or bad) from these clipless pedals.  I am sure there will be a get used to/break in period.  Tonight I have to do an ANTI RAIN Dance so weather will copperate tomorrow. LOL

 While weight has dropped almost 12 lbs in the last month and my BF is ~16%………boy do I still feel fat.

I really can’t wait until my cut starts in 6 weeks.  I emailed Chris Perticari from Protege yesterday trying to get all my duck in a row before we start.  I will probably start the 2nd or 9th of November (16 or 17 weeks out).

I am in a funky mood today, but overall upbeat. I wake up each day excited to be alive.  Excited to be living life and sharing it with the ones I love.

The start of my blog

Welcome everyone !

I am currently trying to lean bulk slightly, but having a hard time keeping cals up while eating so clean.

I have had a hard time sleeping lately and really need more REM sleep.  I know this is affecting my training and I am taking some over the counter sleep aids to help with this.

My goals short term goals are simple…………..Go to the 07 Arnold at 6-7% BF and have even more fun then I did last year. LOL

I have found that without a short term goal, that I just can’t remained focued enough.  Prepping my meals is key for me be it for cutting or clean bulking.

Those of you who know me, know I AM THE ONE AND ONLY PETER PAN.  I am the leader of the Lost Boys and willl Never EVER Fully GROW UP.  I enjoy flights to NEVERLAND………yes, that means mind blowing sex. LOL

Anyway, I am going to try and make regular entries to my blog.  If you want to know what’s up with the PAN MAN, stop by from time to time.

Tomorrow is Leg day and to be honest I CAN’t Wait.  I am expecting another THROW UP GOOD WO.
