					<description>Hmm, what a coincicense. I just broke my 175lb plateau as well. With eggs, perhaps? Usually bulking I just happen to do half whites and half whole eggs for the extra slow digesting protein and some fats and get them down pre-workout. I use 8 eggs total though with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and a couple spoon-fulls of picante sauce.</description>
