Back again?!

Alright guys. First off my last workout period I got pumped and ready to go, but also got sucked into all the marketing of the supplements.  I tried No-xpolde and several other BSN products. The NOxplode gave me a boost of energy, but when it was time to off cycle it really brought me down…somewhat like a depression.  Also when I went on the off cycle I had started a supplement that is now off the market, Mass Tabs.  I had started these two weeks before the off cycle of NOXplode.  The Mass Tabs after about four days, made me very tired during the day.  So coming off the NOXplode then continuing the Masstabs, still making me tired, I had lost all the pump to get in the gym.  I have noticed a little weight loss, but still have the size in my biceps.  So give me a couple of weeks and I’ll bring you guys up to date with measurements and weight, supplements, diet and such.  Thanks to all you guy that kept messaging me and comment asking where I was…that all really helped get back in the game.  I do have to say  Duderocker and EL FUERTE, you guys are looking good, congrats on the progress, and you too DiamondNthaRuff.

My Chest with Push Ups

My father is a hard gainer like me.  I was asking him some tips on my chest and he said the biggest thing that developed his chest was push-ups. He said to do them really slow with hands/fingers facing away from each other. Do them to failure in sets till your last set is ONE rep. Just place hands in push-up position then turn fingers away from each other. And move hands a little further apart.

From the same bodyspacefr i was also asked to give my workout program. So here is the email that I sent back to him……

Dear Bodyspacer,

first off, I live on my own, but also I’m not really building for show or competition…maybe modeling but I’m not planning to hit over 180lbs. If you build a lot of muscle and then stop working out…it all turns to fat…and that’s not what I want to fight all my life. I have always been a little guy, so my family is glad to at least see me eating and working out to be a more healthy person!!!

I got the the gym 6 days a week, but my rest day is never the same. I haven’t missed a workout in 2 months. If you get in a routine and then miss a day; it’s like missing a whole week. SO DON"T MISS!!!

I work in a pattern 1 2 1 2 3

Day 1- Front Upper body (chest, shoulders, arms, abs)

Day 2- Back and legs (upper middle lower back, traps, and legs)

Day 3 Rest

I do everything in three sets no higher than 12reps (if I can do 12reps then I can go higher in weight), and GO SLOW!!! give 6seconds per rep, and feel the burn

like I said yesterday, lift, eat, sleep heavy(8-9hrs if i can)

If you want bigger chest or legs this is what i have started (which these contradict the above)

Chest- Pushups, put your hands in a normal pushup position, but then turn your fingers out <- -> , do as many as you can for every set until your last set you can only do ONE. Do this one a week!

Legs- Three times a week, get on a bike or stationary bike(is what I use). I warm up with light resistance for 1min and half, then do a hard burn for 5mins then back down to lite for another 1min and half. Increase ONE min in burntime a week till you are up to 30mins of burn time (which will take a while) Give this three weeks and you should be able to see a difference. Also this can replace your leg workout, but still try to do some lunges and calf raises.

The leg and chest workouts may not make since so if you need more detail let me know or pics I can as well. Anything else???

My Diet!!!

I had a fellow Bodyspacer ask me what my diet was and he also added some up lifting comments.  After I sent him back he said I should add this to my blog.  Any info I can provide :) …I hope it helps…..I emailed him back with this….

thanks for the comments man! Its been a long road, but worth every bit of it.

About my diet, and maybe just some advice….

-2 protein supplements a day(mostly post workout and before bed…something to sleep on and let my body eat instead of eating away at my muscles, metabolic state) In the protein I have one raw egg, the biggest (one) scoop on a teaspoon of peanut butter, scoop of protein, whole milk, and vanilla ice cream. All in a 12oz glass. I have a hand blinder, works great!!! Just choose how much milk and ice cream to be how thick you want the shake.

-Egg Nog, or Boiled Custard when I can(small glass) (its high fat and high calorie with some protein)

-I love brown sugar instant oatmeal (two packs a day) Generic is just the same. Whole milk (High fiber, protein, and sweet:) )

-Peanut Butter Banana Jelly sandwiches (one a day)

My diet sucks to tell you the truth!!! I just eat any meal I can get my hands on. If I think I can eat, I do. If someone offers seconds I go for it. If there is salad, fruit, vegetable, I eat all I can. I prefer the meats because the protein, but I know I need the vitamins!!!

I am a hard gainer man, I am tall and thin, just like my parents. I know I have to lift, eat, and sleep BIG if I want to be BIG!!!

The supplements I started taking two months ago, I really liked. Noxplode, Cell Mass, Nitrix, Amino Acids, HMB, and Protein. The Amino’s and the protein got to walmart, but the best tasting protein I have found is Muscle Milk. It’s all protein man, just do what you have to do. If it taste bad, just finish it up fast and try something else. The best protein you are going to get is from MEAT!!!

JUST EAT!!!

Fair warning, if you have a possibility of gaining a lot of fat don’t go to bed on a full stomach, like me, I started off with 4% body fat…I wasn’t to worried!!!

Well guys I guess I will actually post something on this page. I have started the mass tabs about five days ago…I don’t think it is late enough in the process to say that I have made any massive gain with the mass tabs but only to say that there aren’t any side-affects that I can make claim to yet. I can say that I am really excited about the progress that I have made so far, in the past two months or so. I have already met my goal to have a 13" bicep for Christmas, and I am ready to see how big I can make it by then. Also, as a hardgainer my LOW weight fluctuates a lot, but there has been gain there as well. I am two pounds to reaching my goal in that aspect. WOOOP WOOOP!!! Guys I would like to thank you all that have asked to add me, put comments up, and messages. You all have been a great motivation to keep going to the gym and "opening up a can"!!! I want to thank also my supplement companies as well (if they actually give a crap about their consumers) BSN and IDS. Fellow bodyspacers….who’s ready to kick some butt to ready ourselves for our up coming new years resolution???!!! As the shirt I got says…thanks to Bodybuilding.com, "Eat, sleep, lift, repeat…"
