					<description>Great job with the bodyfat, very impressive!!!  I find that it's so tough to get an accurate test done, but if you have the same person do the test the same way and you see it going down, then you know you're doing well.</description>

					<description>That's a very athletic level for a woman. 14% for women is like 9% for guys because women hold more fat throughout the body but it doesn't show. I believe in never abandoning the pursuit of lean tissue gain and focusing primarily on cardio. They should be tackled simultaneously, and if you lift hard enough it's like cardio anyway.</description>
