ANIMAL FLEX ROCKS!

So after reading about Animal Flex here (bodybuilding.com) I decided to give it a shot……As of today I have taken 7 doses and the change is really remarkable….and that’s just in a week!

I have mad arthritis in my knees and I had something that felt like tennis or golf elbow in both of my arms and WOW…I am not totally pain free but the improvement is MAJOR! I was in serious pain before, now it’s just a little nuisance.

If this keeps getting better then Animal Flex is nothing short of a miracle in a can and I will ultimately be able to attribute any physique I am able to attain in large part to Animal Flex…I’m sure my loads will reflect the lack of pain I am in and that will totally kick ass!

New and hoping to learn even more

So I just got here, though I’ve sort of known about it here for a while (since I read bodybuilding.com ALOT) I am hoping to learn some more things about transforming myself in the way that I want and have really been inspired by a couple of my friends over at Sparkpeople.com who have entered and placed in Figure competitions recently….This seemed like a good place to come to gain knowledge…and knowledge is key!

I’m uncertain about some of the Q & A stuff here so I will leave the answers blank until I know them or my answer doesn’t fit in with the options sooo I will leave those blank too.

I just tested my BF today w/ a caliper 7 point fold and it came up with 14.5…not sure I buy it, but it sounds more probable than the 12.3% that I get with the 3 point fold test LOL….whatever my actual is, I am losing fat and building muscle and that % is going down. :)
