Day One!
So today I figured out that if you have your gym clothes and protein shake already to go in your car when you drive home from work, you are more likely to go to the gym. Duh! Last night I did a little preparation and it paid off today!
Went for a nice 2 mile run today and my ankle felt great! Plus did a circuit training routine that I found in Oxygen. I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference in my arms
Now just enjoying my turkey chili!
P.S. Does anyone have any clean slow cooker recipes???
