At the beginning again . . .
So it has been a hard couple of months in terms of my weight loss. Mid March when I was starting to train for my first 5k I sprained my right ankle. Because of this I was unable to do any kind of cardio - running, elliptical, bike, etc. b/c everything put pressure on the ankle. Walking hurt! I wore a brace for about a month. In that time got REALLY lazy with workouts and eating. Gained a few pounds.
After a wake up call from the boyfriend I finally made some adjustments. I have been eating alot cleaner and just started running again. It feels great and I have lost about 4 pounds so far!
So new goal is 6 pounds by July 4! Hopefully I will run my first race by the end of the summer. Hopefully no more injuries!

Good for you - getting back at it is the hard part, now that you’re seeing results it’ll push you all the way! Good luck with all your goals!!

Lol, no the boyfriend doesn’t have a blackeye. He was sweet about it. Plus I gave him a wakeup call a few years ago. I just got a little distracted these past few months.
