Well, I was super drowsy Tuesday after I got the injection. It was really thick, clear orange, inside about a six inch syringe with about a 4 inch needle. BLEH! It really hurt, but it didn’t leave a bruise.

-I don’t want to post this because I am really upset & ashamed, but besides journaling about this I am going to blog about it as well. I am 5′3.75″ and I weighed in at 155 on Tuesday at 1230 …That makes me sick. Before I went to the appointment, I took some pictures and they made me sick as well. I didn’t realize how bad I really looked. I look cute in clothes ….Quite the opposite without them. I have scoliosis and I never realized how obvious it was until I took the pics. One of my hips sits a great deal higher than the other one.
-I will post the pictures when I have something to compare them to.
-I am writing down everything I eat throughout the day. Phenermine is a great thing! It is something that they prescribe to help boost metabolism. All these sodas and candies and cakes that have caramel coloring in them lower your metabolism over time. I am not a Coke drinker …nor a big candy person …But, I am a coffee and tea drinker …and the caffeine in those is not good for anyone anyway, but especially with my breast lump and my mood swings, it is bad!
-This morning I weighed myself …though I am not supposed to weigh myself on this program, only to be weighed in the office …I was 148 this morning at 630. WOAH, thats 7 lbs in less than 2 full days.
-My energy levels are weird — I don’t feel pumped up or hyper (probably because I was so jacked up on Aderal for so many years and uppers do not effect me). It actually makes me sleepy. But its weird in that I can be laying down about to fall asleep and then get up and make myself go to the gym and run 2 miles like its nothing. I NEVER have been able to run a mile without walking a lil bit of it, but on this stuff I run 2 miles like there is a pot of gold at the end of the road. Its neat.

Because my appetite is being suppressed, I have to constantly remind myself to eat. I am not allowed to do more than 30 minutes of cardio because of the calories I loose …and I have to eat more than 1000 calories a day because 900 or less means the body is in starvation mode and will store any sugars & fats it is able to get.
-I have never been an unhealthy eater ….there were those few times, lol …but overall, my favorite thing as a child was a salad, come on! So, yesterday I consumed about 1076 calories…. and burned well over 200 at the gym, so that was a no-no but oh well!
