I find myself not having the drive to go the gym some days (I can’t sayt that I know why I feel like this). But, somehow once I get there, the tables turn completely. It’s Crazy! It’s to the point to where I have to force myself to leave. So the issue is just pushing myself to drive to the gym. After the warm up cardio, three hours pass by real fast and I have no clue where the time went….Crazy, huh?
A couple of days ago, I was beginning to get extremely discouraged. Seemed like everything was coming along quite well except for my core. I eat very healthy. I never have cheat days and rarely ever have cheat meals. But the thing is that it wasn’t my entire abdomen that I was having problems with. It’s my lower tranverse abdominal. Everything else is fine and I can definately see progress. I promised myself that I wouldn’t take any unnatural supplements but I became so frustrated to the point to where I covered the bedroom mirror with a sheet to keep myself from looking in it and getting upset.
I feel like I’ve been working that specific body part forever. However, I know that it’s going to take time so I’ll just keep trying in hopes that I can remain patient. It’s just sooo hard for me to get a good ab workout in without using gym equipment because I suffer from SeVeRe lower back pain that’s sometimes unbearble.
Any suggestions???!
